Townhouse inspections include inspecting the townhomes heating and cooling system, electrical panel / sub-panel, electrical system, plumbing system - water heaters, gas systems, water supply lines, drain lines, etc., interiors, appliances and any exterior balcony / deck, roof, garage and any exterior item that may affect the related unit with additional information that can be gathered from the Home Owners Association (HOA) as the HOA most likely will have interest in correcting these exterior items. The estimated age of the above townhome, condition and expected life will be determined wherever possible.
